Delivery from ex warehouse Hamburg, as looked and accepted. The goods remain our unlimited property up to full payment and are subjected to the immunity from seizure. 

Cheques and changes count only after proper redemption as a payment. If the product is resold, the demand originating through this counts to the third as on us transfered.

Agreements need for their validity written confirmation. Performance for payment is Hamburg.

• You give the order to one of our partner transport company
  
• You pick up the goods yourself

• You give the order for custom and duty to a forward agency of your choise
  
• We declare with our clients (small quantities) at the custom Pinckertweg (Cash payment of duty and tax)
